Day 4 - Daily Results: Larry makes a comeback

Harris strangely maintains his weight for 3 straight days.

Leo has another successful night of sleeping, losing 1 lb.

Larry makes a late run, losing 2.4 lbs for 1st place.


Harris

Food: breakfast burrito, muscle milk, meatloaf w/ salaad, mango salad, sashimi
Activity: Watch TV, going to sleep early
Overall Weight Lost: 1 lb

Leo
Food: meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes, what spaghetti, peanut snacks
Activity: plenty of rest
Overall Weight Lost: 2.8 lbs

Larry
Food: Coffee, ham & egg breakfast, meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes, rotisserie chicken, pork, snow peas w/ turkey dog
Activity: 20 minute jog
Overall Weight Lost: 3 lbs
