Despite workouts and basketball, Harris and Leo maintain their weight from the previous day.

Although Harris went for a small run, he put 0.4 lbs back on. Let's hope that it was just water-weight.
Leo maintains his phisique.
Larry miraculously loses 1.2 lbs from his All-carb dinner diet.

Get my carb on at Lomeli's
Carbs, carbs, and more carbs. Lasagna, spaghetti, chicken parmesan, pepperoni pizza, finished off with some cappuccino ice cream.

30min workout session @24hr fitness downstairs at work (1 mile run and weights), chicken salad wheat sandwich, edamame beans, choco milk, nutri grain bar for afternoon snack

Day 7 - Daily Results
Harris finally gains some ground, losing almost 1 lb.
Leo and Larry feel bad for beating Harris so bad in the first week, so they gain some weight back over the weekend. But don't worry Harris, we're getting back on our fitness program this week.
